Note: New Direction PAR hospital facilities and hospital-based providers in Alachua and Marion counties are not included as Tier 1.
These providers can be found using this Online Directory by selecting the GatorCare network.

Note: Virtual Visits are covered at UF Health providers ONLY. Virtual Visits are NOT covered at New Directions PAR providers.
