The New Directions Physician Help Line is dedicated to support physicians, nurses and other medical staff 24/7. Our behavioral health professionals offer:

Scheduling a consult with a New Directions psychiatrist on issues such as medication management
Referrals for behavioral health services
Telephonic services for high-risk patients
Referrals to behavioral health case management
Guidance for appropriate use of psychotropic medications
Management of treatment access and follow-up for members with coexisting medical and behavioral disorders
Consultation on special needs of members with severe and persistent mental illness
